Intro Fascia Care Call

A 30-minute Zoom call to meet, talk through what's going on in your body, and feel out if working together is the right next move. If you book a full session within 30 days, the $50 comes off. If you don't, I'll refund it.

This is for you if you want to get out of pain, build deeper body awareness, and feel more confident taking care of yourself.

We meet on Zoom. You tell me what's going on — where you're holding, what you've tried, what you're working toward. I'll share how I work, give you a couple of things to play with on your own, and we'll figure out together whether a full session makes sense.

No pressure either way.

How the credit works: If you book a full Fascia Care Session within 30 days, the $50 is applied to that session. If you decide it's not the right fit, I'll refund the $50 — no questions, no awkwardness.
