Fascia Care Session (Zoom)

A 60-minute guided session on Zoom. You'll learn to work on your own body with real precision and feel a tangible shift by the end. Mostly about teaching you — I'm there to direct, support, and hold the space.

This is the core offer. One hour, on Zoom, focused entirely on you and your body.

I'll guide you through fascia work tailored to wherever you are that day — the areas that are stuck, the patterns that keep showing up, the places that want attention. You do the work on yourself. I'm there to teach, direct, and energetically support you through it.

You walk away with techniques you can repeat at home, a felt sense of what's possible, and a body that knows something new.
